4.A.1. Elementary Campus Improvement Plans: Campus Improvement Plans for the 2022-2023 school year have been provided for review. Principals from A.V. Cato Elementary, Castleberry Elementary, and Joy James Academy of Leadership will provide the board with a presentation to highlight a variety of performance objectives and strategies each campus will be working on this school year.

9.A. Consider Approval of Board Minutes from September 12, 2022, for a Regular Meeting and September 26, 2022, for a Special Meeting.

9.B. Consider Approval of Eichelbaum Wardell Hansen Powell & Munoz 2022-2023 Retainer Agreement beginning November 1, 2022, in the monthly amount of $5,100.

9.C. Consider Approval of the 2022 District Appraisal Roll: The 2022 Supplemental Certified Appraisal Roll Valuation Summary is attached, and the values have been certified by the Chief Appraiser. A complete list of all property is available for review in the Finance Office.

9.D. 9.E. Consider Approval of the Furniture Purchase from Lone Star Furnishings not to exceed $195,000 for the Gary S. Jones Administration Building. Funding was set aside in the 2022-2023 Capital Improvement Project Plan.

10.A.1. Consider Approval of the District Improvement Plan: Dr. Lacey Padgett, Executive Director of Teaching, Learning, and Innovation has provided a link to the 2022-2023 District Improvement Plan. The district plan was created with input from the District Educational Improvement Committee (DEIC) and all district departments.

10.B. Consider All Matters related to Educational Leadership, including, but not limited to reports, finances, and/or proposals.

10.B.1. Consider Approval of the Hey Tutor Contract to be funded by the TCLAS ESSER III fund 279 and not to exceed the amount of $232,491.46.
