VIII.e. Approval of Memorandum of Understanding with Education Minnesota - Lakeview Regarding the Health Insurance Transparency Act
Description:
Education Minnesota - Lakeview has agreed to bypass the bid requirement under HITA for 2023 since we have bid the past two years and have a guaranteed rate cap with BCBS of MN for the 2023-24 school year. The district can switch back to the SW/WC service cooperative any school year. We will participate in the HITA process once again for the next cycle. The MOU is attached.
