REQUEST FOR CLOSED SESSION:  MOTION: I move that the Board of Education move to a closed session pursuant to MCL 15.268(e) attorney client privilege in connection with specific pending litigation and MCL 15.268(a) to hear a complaint against a staff member who has requested a closed hearing, both are sections of the Open Meetings Act, Public Act 267 of 1976.
