I. Call to Order and Determination of Quorum

II. Public Forum: Members of the public who wish to make comments must complete the Public Comment Participation Request Form online no later than 4:00PM the day before the meeting date indicated in the posting notice. Comments may be read aloud at the meeting by a designated speaker; or the requestor may come in person to the meeting and deliver comments themselves. In addition, comments must be limited to issues that can be presented in a public forum and directly related to the posted agenda topics. Complaints about student discipline, specific student issues or personnel must be addressed through appropriate administrative channels, in accordance with the Texas Open Meetings Act and Board policy.
