Discuss/Take action to approve the purchase of furniture from School Specialty in the amount of $238,905.40 for the new elementary school facility through Omnia Partners cooperative to be paid from bond funds invested in TexPool and to authorize the Superintendent to take necessary action to effectuate the purchase.
