1. CALL TO ORDER:

1.A. Invocation and Pledges to the Flags

1.B. Establish a Quorum: A meeting has been duly called, and the notice of the meeting has been posted in accordance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, Government Code 551

2. PUBLIC FORUM

2.A. Public participation is limited to the designated open forum for a meeting per board policy BED(LOCAL). A board shall allow each member of the public who desires to address the board regarding an item on an agenda for an open meeting of the board to address the board regarding the item at the meeting before or during the board's consideration of the item.

3. ACTION ITEMS

3.A. Consider approval of the purchase of a new scoreboard at Gerald Prim Stadium, not to exceed $320,000 from CNC Pro AV, funded through equal donations from City National Bank, Brian Toliver Auto Group, and Christus Health [Dr. Deana Steeber]

3.B. Consider approval to replace two HVAC units at SSMS at a price not to exceed $52,352.00 [Dan Froneberger]

4. EXECUTIVE SESSION as authorized by Government Code, Chapter 551, Subchapters D and E:

4.A. Pursuant to Texas Government Code §551.071, to consult with the District’s
Attorney, in person or by phone, on a matter in which the duty of the attorney to the District, under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas, clearly conflicts with Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code, including receiving legal advice regarding the grievance process.

4.B. Pursuant to Texas Government Code §551.082 and §551.0821, to conduct a Level III Grievance Hearing regarding a complaint or charge involving discipline of a public school child; or to deliberate on a matter regarding a public school student, since personally identifiable information about the student will necessarily be revealed by the deliberation.

5. RECONVENE FROM EXECUTIVE SESSION FOR ACTION RELATIVE TO ITEMS COVERED DURING EXECUTIVE SESSION.

6. ACTION ITEMS:

6.A. Consider and take action regarding the student discipline matter discussed in the closed session.
