VIII.A. Discussion and possible action regarding pending litigation, Student vs. Sulphur Springs ISD, Texas Education Agency Docket No. 268-SE-0618.

VIII.B. Action to Adopt updated Policy CCG (LOCAL)  (Exhibit VIII-B)

VIII.C. Acknowledgment of Conflict of Interest Policy BBFA (LEGAL) and (LOCAL). (Exhibit VIII-C)

VIII.D. Discussion and possible action to accept an Application for Value Limitation Agreement from Solemio Springs, LLC pursuant to Chapter 313 of the Texas Property Tax Code; authorize the Superintendent of Schools to review the Application for completeness and submit the Application to the Comptroller of Public Accounts; and authorize the Superintendent of Schools to approve any request for extension of the deadline for Board action beyond the 150-day Board review period as may be required.
