7.C) Consideration and approval of a resolution expressing intent to reimburse expenditures to be incurred.

7.D) Consider approval of CH local report to include purchase orders and contracts over $50,000.

7.E) Consider a budget amendment to transfer $1,014,997.23 from various budgets, to fund the $1.9 million in recapture payment
