7. ACTION AND/OR DISCUSSION ITEMS

7.A) Consider the following actions relating to the investment pools:

•  passing a resolution to change the authorized representatives for the LOGIC investment- to add CFO Ordóñez-Campos and delete Dr. Amezcua.

• passing a resolution to change the authorized representatives for the Lone Star investment- to add CFO Ordóñez-Campos and delete Dr. Amezcua.

• passing a resolution to change the authorized representatives for the Tex Pool investment- to add CFO Ordóñez-Campos and delete Dr. Amezcua.

• approval of form to change the authorized representatives for the TexStar invesment- to add CFO Ordóñez-Campos and delete Dr. Amezcua.

7.B) Consider and take action to adopt a resolution to approve the engagement of Leon Alcala, PLLC to serve as Bond Counsel.

7.C) Consider the approval of SMSD's FY23 audit engagement letter submitted by Whitley Penn.
