8. Action and/or Discussion Items

8.A) Deliberate and possible action regarding Stafford MSD’s response, including health and safety measures, relating to the COVID-19 pandemic.
 

8.B) Consider selection of AutoArch Architects, based on demonstrated competence and qualifications, to develop a preliminary design and prepare associated deliverables for the New Early College High School renovation, for an amount not to exceed $12,000.00 and delegate authority to the superintendent or his designee to negotiate, finalize, and execute a contract for the same.

8.C) Discussion and possible action regarding giving SMSD Directors a one time 1% pay stipend for the 2021-2022 school year from ESSER funds.

8.D) Discussion and possible action regarding purchasing 4,000 custom masks, sanitizers and incentives at a cost not to exceed $30,000.

8.E) Consider approval of the 2021-2022 SMSD Student Code of Conduct.

8.F) Discussion and possible action regarding air purifier systems.

8.G) Consider approval of property and casualty insurance for the district in response to RFP #21-0015 for the period of September 1, 2021 to August 31, 2022 from the following proposers:

8.H) Consider approval of Xerox contract for an amount not to exceed $144,000 for a Lease Term of 48 Months.

8.I) Consider approval of food service budget amendment and related actions
