7.A. Recognize and approve that there is a compelling reason to adopt a Vaccination Policy after one reading under Bylaw 0131.1 to comply with the Occupational Safety and Health Administration Emergency Temporary Standard on Vaccination and Testing that requires employers with 100 or more employees to establish, implement, and enforce a written policy by December 6, 2021, requiring employees to either be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or provide proof of regular testing for COVID-19 and wear a face covering in lieu of vaccination.
