Motion: Move to approve the resolution adopting an order approving the Crosby Independent School District property tax roll for the fiscal year 2021-2022.
 

VII.B. Consider approval of a contingent fee contract with Perdue, Brandon, Fielder, Collins & Mott, LLP pursuant to Section 6.30 of the Tax Code, said contact being for the collection of delinquent government receivables owed to Crosby Independent School District and notice of said contract is posted with the agenda in accordance with Section 2254 of the Government Code. In addition, possible action regarding the written findings pursuant to Section 2254.1036(b) regarding a contingent fee contract with Perdue, Brandon, Fielder, Collins & Mott, LLP
Motion: Move to approve a contingent fee contract for professional legal services regarding the collection of delinquent ad valorem taxes owed to Crosby Independent School District, and the Written Findings as to the Collections Contract with Perdue, Brandon, Fielder, Collins & Mott, LLP.
