I. CALL TO ORDER 

II. NOTICE OF MEETING 

III. CLOSED SESSION
The Board may declare itself in a closed meeting as authorized by the Texas Open Meeting Act, Texas Government Code Sections 551.001 - 551.146. In the event a closed meeting is to be convened, the presiding officer shall publicly identify the section or sections authoring the closed meeting. Those sections may include, without limitation, the following sections under SUBCHAPTER D AND E, which authorize a closed meeting to discuss the following topics:

III.A. Section 551.071: Consultation with the Board's attorney regarding legal and procedural issues related to the Level III grievance, and Sections 551.071 (1) and (2), Texas Government Code (consultation with the Board's attorney to obtain the advice of its attorney).  

III.B. Section 551.074: Consider Level III hearing of grievance filed by Staci and Steven Soriano, pursuant to Section 551.074. Texas Government Code against an employee of the District.

III.C. Section 551.082: Discipline of a public school student. 

III.D. Section 551.0821: Deliberation regarding a public school student where personally identifiable information about the student will necessarily be revealed by the deliberation.

IV. DECLARE CLOSED MEETING ENDED AND RECONVENE IN OPEN MEETING 

V. CONSIDER LEVEL III HEARING OF GRIEVANCE FILED BY STACI AND STEVEN SORIANO

VI. CLOSED SESSION
If, during the meeting, discussion of any item on the agenda should be held in a closed meeting, Government Code, Chapter 551, Subchapters D and E. 

VI.A. Section 551.071: Consultation with the Board's attorney regarding legel and procedural issues related to the Level III grievance, and Sections 551.071 (1) and (2), Texas Government Code (consultation with the Board's attorney to obtain the advice of its attorney.)

VI.B. Section 551.074: Consider Level III hearing of grievance filed by Staci and Steven Soriano, pursuant to Section 551.074. Texas Government Code, against an employee of the District.

VII. CONSIDER AND TAKE POSSIBLE ACTION REGARDING THE LEVEL III GRIEVANCE FILED BY STACI AND STEVEN SORIANO
