II. NOTICE OF MEETING

III. ORAL - Individuals desiring to address the Board regarding an item on an Agenda for an Open Meeting must submit a completed Public Comment Request Form between 1:00 p.m. and 1:50 p.m. on the day of the meeting. 

IV. THE BOARD MAY DECLARE ITSELF IN A CLOSED MEETING AS AUTHORIZED BY THE TEXAS OPEN MEETINGS ACT, TEXAS GOVERNMENT CODES SESSIONS 551.001-551.146.
In the event a Closed Meeting is convened, the Presiding Officer shall publicly identify the section or sections authorizing the Closed Meeting. Those sections may include without limitation the following sections under Subchapters D and E, which authorize a Closed Meeting to discuss the following topics:

IV.A.2. Superintendent Contract

V. DECLARE CLOSED MEETING ENDED AND RECONVENE IN OPEN MEETING

VI. TAKE ACTION ON ITEMS DISCUSSED IN CLOSED MEETING

VII. ADJOURNMENT
