I. CALL TO ORDER

II. CLOSED SESSION
The Board may declare itself in a closed meeting as authorized by the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code Sections 551.001 - 551.146. In the event a closed meeting is to be convened, the presiding officer shall publicly identify the section or sections authorizing the closed meeting. Those sections may include, without limitation, the following sections under SUBCHAPTER D AND E, which authorize a closed meeting to discuss the following topics: |

II.A. Section 551.071: For the purpose of private consultation with the Boards' attorney and all subjects or matters authorized by law.
|

II.B. Section 551.074: For the purpose of deliberating the appointment, employment, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer or employee unless the officer or employee who is the subject of the deliberation or hearing requests an open hearing.

II.C. Section 551.0821: Considering discipline of a public school child or complaint or charge against personnel.
Conduct Level III grievance hearing of parents' complaint against officers or employees of the District. |

III. DECLARE CLOSED MEETING ENDED AND RECONVENE IN OPEN MEETING

III.A. Consider Action on parents' Level III grievance heard tonight in Closed Session.
