II. CLOSED SESSION
The Board may declare itself in a closed meeting as authorized by the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code Sections 551.001 - 551.146. In the effect a closed meeting is to be convened, the presiding officer shall publicly identify the section or sections authorizing the closed meeting. Those sections may include without limitation the following sections under SUBCHAPTER D AND E, which authorize a closed meeting to discuss the following topics: |

II.A. Section 551.071: Consultation with the Board's attorney regarding legal and procedural issues related to the Level III grievance.

II.B. Conduct Level III grievance hearing of parents' complaints against
officers or employees of the District (Section 551.074) and
deliberations on matters regarding a public school student when
personally identifiable information about the student will necessarily
be revealed by the deliberations (Section 551.0821).

III. DECLARE CLOSED MEETING ENDED AND RECONVENE IN OPEN MEETING

IV. CONSIDERATION AND POSSIBLE ACTION REGARDING LEVEL III GRIEVANCE HEARINGS
