7.A. ACTION ITEM: To consider approving the Purchase and Sale Agreement for an abandoned property adjacent to an Overton School.

7.B. ACTION ITEM: To consider authorizing the transfer of property (Lots 4 & 5, Block 7, Mallock Addition, City of Gladewater) to the City of Gladewater by Resolution R-2026-8.

7.C. ACTION ITEM: To consider authorizing the transfer of property (.0172 Acre, out of the H. W. Augustine Survey, Abstract 8, Upshur County) to the City of Gladewater by Resolution R-2026-9.

7.D. Board Meeting Time Survey Recommendation:
Board meetings will begin at 6:00pm (September 2026)

• If training is planned for the board meeting, dinner will begin at 5:00pm and training will be held from 5:15–5:45pm.
• If no training is planned, dinner will begin at 5:20pm.
