NOTICE is hereby given that the Collin County Community College District Board of Trustees will hold a meeting of the Campus Facilities and Construction Committee (Hardin, Donald, and Rodriguez) at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 19, 2019, in the President's Conference Room 407 at the Collin Higher Education Center, 3452 Spur 399, McKinney, Texas 75069. 

REVIEW AND DISCUSSION ITEMS

1. Consideration of Approval for the District President to Execute a Notice of Termination of the Architectural Services Contract with Perkins+Will, Inc. Architects for architectural services related to the Frisco IT Center of Excellence ("ITCOE") project.

2.  Consideration of Approval for the District President to Negotiate and Execute a Contract with Beck Architecture, LLC ("Beck") for architectural services related to the Frisco IT Center of Excellence.

3. Consideration of a contract to purchase exterior lighting upgrades from Today's Electric as part of the District's Safety and Security Plan.
