NOTICE is hereby given that the Collin County Community College District Board of Trustees will hold a Special Called Meeting on Tuesday, November 18, 2014, in the Board Room 139 at the Collin Higher Education Center, 3452 Spur 399, McKinney, TX 75069.

ORGANIZATION, EDUCATION AND POLICY COMMITTEE:  The Organization, Education and Policy Committee (Wainwright, McCall, Rodriguez, and Wurzman) will meet at 5:30 p.m. in the President's Conference Room 407 at the Collin Higher Education Center.

-Section 551.071 Government Code - Consultation with the Attorney for Collin College on a matter under which the duty of the attorney to the governmental body clearly conflicts with this chapter regarding legal issues in hiring the next District President of the College, legal issues regarding the agreement with Dr. Colleen Smith, and legal issues regarding the contract of employment with Dr. Cary Israel.
