BUDGET AND FINANCE COMMITTEE MEETING:  The Budget and Finance Committee (Hardin, Arias, Collins, Rodrigues and Wurzman) will meet at 4:30 p.m. in the President's Conference Room 407 at the Collin Higher Education Center.
