9. Discussion and possible action from the Board to authorize the following person, Angela Foster, Business Manager, to act a superintendent alternative for approving staff requests (also referred to as "submitting requests to TEA") for access to one or more TEA web applications accessed through the Texas Education Agency Secure Environment TEA Login (TEAL). This authorization is valid for the calendar year starting January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026.
