B. CLOSED OR EXECUTIVE SESSION:

B.A) The Board will adjourn to a closed meeting as authorized by the Texas Open Meeting Act, Texas Government Code, Section 551.001, et seq.

B.A)(1) The Board will discuss personnel as allowed in the Tex Gov't Code, Section 551.074.

B.A)(2) The Board will review employment/resignations of personnel as allowed in Tex Gov't Code, Section 551.074.

B.A)(3) The Board will discuss employment of a high school principal as allowed in the Tex. Gov't Code, Section 551.074.

C. RECONVENE FROM CLOSED OR EXECUTIVE SESSION

C.A) Announcement by the presiding officer of the Board that the closed executive session discussions as authorized by the Texas Government Code, Section 551.001 et. Seq. has concluded.

C.A)(1) Consider and possible action to approve resignations/employment.

C.A)(2) Consider and possible action to approve the employment of a high school principal.
